Your CSR reviews prepared work instead of spending their day collecting it.
Recovery OS can help insurance customers submit routine service documents and supporting images, then prepare the item for CSR review. Examples depend on your agency and carrier workflow.
Supported images and documents
- Driver's license photo
- Vehicle photos (VIN plate, odometer, condition)
- Current declarations page
- Mortgagee or lienholder letter
- Property photos for a home quote
- Signed application or change form
What it collects for your team
- Driver’s license images
- Vehicle information and photos
- Existing declarations pages
- Mortgagee information
- Signed forms and supporting proof documents
- Policy-service supporting material
How the image workflow runs
- 1.The agent asks for the exact documents the quote or change needs.
- 2.The customer replies with photos or files by text or email.
- 3.Supported images are read for the fields your team asked for and unclear pages get a re-shoot request.
- 4.Files are attached to the right contact record with a short summary of what was received.
- 5.A licensed producer is notified — or the file is routed to the queue you choose.
Where everything ends up
E-signing
Recovery OS can support workflows that generate or send configured documents for electronic signature, track their status and move the customer to the next step once completed. Your business controls the templates, required fields, signature fields, approval logic, routing rules and which documents are authorized.
The agent gathers and organizes. It does not quote, bind, advise or determine coverage — a licensed insurance professional does that.
Recovery OS does not approve coverage changes, provide coverage advice, bind coverage or make licensed insurance decisions. Licensed agency personnel handle regulated activities and required approvals.
Available capabilities vary by channel, connected system and configured workflow. External file storage depends on the connected system’s supported API, webhook and document capabilities.
